Tampa brewery tour is leaving out of Orlando Sunday February 9th

    We've received word that there will be a brewery tour departing by party bus from Orlando (Dr Phillips) on Sunday February 9th.  The tour will spend the whole day visiting five breweries in Tampa and St Pete.  Check out the itinerary listed below.

Noon – Meet up at the World of Beer Dr Phillips. Please plan on arriving no later than 1215pm

1230pm – Depart for Tampa. Bus will leave promptly so don’t be late!

-Stop 1: Tampa Bay Brewing Company – we will start off with lunch at this brewery/restaurant in Ybor City. Lunch menu includes sandwiches, burgers, salads and a whole lot more! Wash your meal down with one of their nine house brews that they have on tap.

-Stop 2: Rapp Brewing Company – RateBeer.com rated them BestNew Brewer in Florida of 2013 so expect good things! We will also enjoy a brewery tour here (the only tour included).

-Stop 3:  Green Bench Brewing Co. – St Pete’s first microbrewery. This recently opened brewery features a 1,500 sq ft indoor tasting room plus 6,000 sq ft of outdoor space so plenty of room for all of us.

-Stop 4: Cycle Brewing – Just a short walk from Green Bench is the newly expanded Cycle Brewing. They used to brew at nearby Peg’s Cantina but got too popular and needed to expand to its new location. Their beers are top rated on sights like RateBeer.com and BeerAdvocate.com.

-Stop 5: Cigar City Brewery - No introduction necessary. If all goes according to plan, we will have at least 45 minutes for one last beer in their tasting room before we head home (or get some beers to go!)

Depart around 715pm for our drive home.

830pm – Arrive back to WOB (estimated time).

Day trip limited to 20 people. Cost is $85 per person. Includes round trip transportation in a comfortable and stylish Party Bus, driver gratuity, first beer on the bus (TBA), snacks on the bus, bottle of water, a brewery tour at the Rapp Brewing Company and a fun-filled day with like-minded craft beer lovers!
