Jai Alai IPA Pours copper in color with notes of citrus and tropical fruit in the aroma. Flavor has upfront citrus bitterness with a hint of caramel and citrus and tropical fruit hop notes in the finish.
Maduro Brown Ale Pours brown in color with notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate and hints of espresso. Flavor has caramel/toffee sweetness is upfront with intermingling notes of chocolate and espresso with a roasted peanut expression in the finish.
Jai Alai Aged on White Oak Pours copper color with notes of vanilla and light notes of dill to the aroma. There are also moderate notes of vanilla and dill in the flavor profile. The finish is slightly drier due to the light tannin notes from oak aging.
Jose Marti American Porter Pours dark in color with notes of chocolate and caramel and mild hints of black licorice. Flavors of citrus, wood and herbal bitterness up front with lingering notes of chocolate and hints of caramel and a long dry finish with a slight underpinning of dark espresso.
